Unique & perfectly imperfect.

As our products are handmade and due to the nature of the material, please expect some imperfections in the surface such as air bubbles, a slight unevenness, minor scratches or bumps.
These characteristics are unavoidable during the handmade process and they make each tray truly unique. It is part of the charm of having a handmade item! They are not considered defects unless they affect the functioning of the product.
Please note that the item you purchase will look similar to but will not be identical to the one photographed. Being handmade, no two items will truly be the same. They're all O.O.A.K. (one of a kind!).

Import duties & taxes.

The following does not apply to the US & Canada: as a matter of fact, there won't be any import duties or taxes for deliveries in the US & Canada. (I simply don't know about other countries at this stage, I'll keep updating here as I find out)
When a package is delivered internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and/or fees imposed (e.g. handling fees) by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country. The buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes and customs clearance fees. These charges can vary widely and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country and the taxes, duties and fees of the destination country.

Shipping Policy.

Processing time is usually 2-3 days, this may be slightly longer in peak times. Orders are sent using Australia Post with tracking. Please be aware that due to Covid, Australia Post are experiencing delays that are out of our control. We cannot be held responsible for these parcel delays. You'll receive confirmation once your order has been dispatched. Remember to check your junk email as you may find your shipping confirmation there.

You are responsible for any duties and taxes incurred when the parcel crosses international borders. We are not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged. Once your order has been shipped, you should be contacted by the courier service that is being used. Please contact this courier with any queries or concerns first, if you are unable to get an adequate answer please email storetresor.info@gmail.com to look into any shipping issues. In the rare case that an order is deemed 'undeliverable' and is returned to us, you will receive a refund for the products but not the shipping costs. Read the full Shipping Policy here
