I love your products! What do you use to make them?

A two-component material consisting of a mineral powder and a water based acrylic resin. These bind in such aå way that it creates a strong material with a smooth stone-like finish. It is non-toxic, lightweight and fire resistant. Solvent free and no VOC’s. 

Is my product dishwasher/microwave friendly?
This product is not dishwasher or microwave friendly.

How do I care for my items?
Each item is sealed and can be cleaned with a damp cloth and light detergent. It is advised to wipe up strong contaminants such as wine or coffee as soon as possible.
- Avoid contact with harsh chemicals, perfumes, and makeup.
- Clean off any coloured liquids as soon as possible to avoid staining.
- Wipe with a soft damp cloth, do not leave in water.
- None of the products are dishwasher / microwave safe.
- Not suitable for use with food or drinks.
- Do not drop from heights or apply excessive pressure as they can break.

I am a local to Sydney, can I pick my items up instead of postage?
You sure can! In fact, it is preferred as it is better for the environment. 
Apply "PICKUP" at checkout to organise local pick-up and Bob's your uncle!

Can I change my shipping address?

Email me your details (including your order number and country to be delivered to) at storetresor.info@gmail.com. Make sure you enter ‘Urgent: Change wrong address’ in the subject line.
If you email me with a change of shipping address please keep in mind that your order may already have been dispatched, so be as careful as possible to provide the correct information when placing your order.

Tracking will be provided for all orders, you will be sent an email once your order is dispatched so you can see where your trésor is at all times.
